When you register for a Paysall account as a Customer, we collect information such as your name, work email address, phone number, company name, and your role within the company. We also collect information about your company to perform necessary due diligence.

Payment Processing Data

When our Customers use our Services to process payments, we handle transaction data. This includes tokenized payment method information (we never store raw Primary Account Numbers or PANs), transaction amounts, timestamps, and associated metadata. We also process information about your customers necessary to perform the transaction.

Usage Data

We automatically collect information when you use our Services, including IP addresses, browser type, device information, operating system, access times, pages viewed, and actions taken within our platform. We use logs and cookies to gather this data.

Communications

If you contact us for support or other inquiries, we collect information related to your communication, such as your contact details and the content of your messages, emails, or support tickets.
